Pledge Security Ltd Operates round the clock and all the calls are answered/returned 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This, vitally important function is overseen by Pledge's Managing Director. All of our Security officers book in with our 24 hours number 0844 504 1228 and have to complete a Health & Safety check call every hour. Their duties are rostered through our inhouse rostering system and all billing is generated from their booking in and out of the system. All late arrivals and missed check calls are recorded in order that the correct investigative or disciplinary action may be taken.

Log Book is maintained so that any incident, no matter how trivial, is brought to the attention of the Management team for further action.
